Grey Aviation offers courses in Operational Risk Management (ORM) with a focus on Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM). The goals of ORM and ADM help ensure aviation professionals systematically evaluate possible courses of action, identify risks and benefits, and determine the best course of action for any given situation and should always be pre-emptive, rather than reactive. Using the principles of ORM and ADM, pilots and aircrew are taught decision-making tools that identify hazards and take reasonable, cost-effective measures to reduce risk in a unique environment.

Our safety staff includes the former Air Force Special Operations Command’s Director of Safety and former special operations crew with varied backgrounds. The safety professionals have extensive global operational contingency experience as well as established interagency relationships with the FAA, NTSB, and coalition partners.
