The owners are former special operations pilots with backgrounds that include, but are not limited to, Special Mission activities, aviation instruction, safety, and development of tactics, techniques and procedures. The Grey Aviation experience base also includes extensive joint and interagency experience coupled with the development of policy and doctrine at the Secretary of Defense-level.
